The AT&T Foundry, Ericsson and innovation hub RocketSpace collaborated on a report called “The Future of Artificial Intelligence in Consumer Experience” that analyzes how AI and automation will affect the way consumers go about their day-to-day lives and how businesses should adapt and cater to these changes.
Consumers are becoming increasingly accustomed to content discovery, self-driving cars and more automated solutions, which is leading to an expectation for highly personalized experiences.
In the future, AI will let you communicate with all kinds of devices including cars, homes, medical devices and will also help network providers like AT&T make sure the network is safe, secure and gives customers and businesses the service they want at the right time, while improving traffic flows.
